Not anymore they aren't. The Serbs lost any claim to legitimacy in
Kosovo with their official oppression of the Albanian-descent
Kosovars, who were the overhwelming majority in Kosovo. When a
minority oppresses a majority, they aren't going to stay in power for
much longer.

the serbs have the right to maintain their territory.
just the same as mexico did in the 1830s.
we are only there because we can get a permanent base.
anybody who thinks we care a bit about the albanian kosovars is sadly
deluded.
a base in the eastern med region will be quite convienient. we'll build a
new rota/gitmo type facility
