Ray, I have other things to do such as the state's Republican platform
to study, as Brooks has seen fit to make some comments, I will make
one to you and Brook and I am pulling most of this out of my head. I
did my research a long time ago, the Tulane guys, Foote, they didn't
help you, well maybe this will and if Brooks can dispute anything
let's hear it.
