FACT: The ICBM's were in DEFCON 1 -->Or it would have meant the Russians
had been given a First Strike free pass with no defense left for the USA

everything. FACT: The . government often lies to the American people.
FACT: Not all documents have been, or ever will be, de-classified.

Another FACT: mcdonnell's logic means we gave the Russians a free pass
to make a nuclear first strike on us.
